• Do you provide food or catering staff?

  No. Divyam provides only clean, food-grade utensils, bardana, and support equipment on rent. We do not provide food or cooking staff.

• What kind of utensils and equipment do you provide?

  We offer a complete range of 5-Star category, food-grade, vegetarian-safe bardana and cookware, including: Stainless steel bhagona/deg & cookware Premium chafing dishes and serving counters Premium LED Display Counters with elegant décor lighting 5-Star quality serving bowls, ladles, and cookware sets Food-grade steel plates, glasses, spoons Melamine dinnerware (durable & economical) Porcelain dinnerware (premium & elegant) Other essential catering support items All items are cleaned, packed, and delivered ready-to-use.

• How do you ensure purity and cleanliness?

  Each set of utensils undergoes a 5-step cleaning process: 1️⃣ Pre-Rinse 2️⃣ Food-Safe Detergent Wash 3️⃣ Hot Water Wash 4️⃣ RO Water Rinse 5️⃣ Drying & Final Repacking This process ensures 100% removal of oil, stains, and micro-impurities. All utensils are handled in a vegetarian-only facility with CCTV monitoring. A Divyam representative is present at your event to ensure utensils are not used for non-vegetarian cooking.

• Why don't you use Bone China or Plastic Plates?

  Bone China may contain animal bone ash, violating vegetarian purity standards. Plastic is non-eco-friendly and unhygienic for food service. Divyam uses Porcelain and Melamine dinnerware — 100% vegetarian-safe, reusable, hygienic, and elegant.

• Where are your services available?

  Currently available in Prayagraj (U.P.), with expansion planned across other major cities soon.

• What are your rental charges?

  Charges depend on utensil type and event size: Plate-wise packages (Porcelain or Melamine) Size-based cookware packages Customized quotations available upon request Our pricing is transparent — no hidden or extra cleaning charges.

• How far in advance should I book?

  Large weddings/events – book at least 6 months in advance. Small/medium functions – book at least 3 months prior.

• Can I trust that utensils are used only for vegetarian cooking?

  Yes. Divyam guarantees 100% vegetarian purity. Our dedicated staff and written customer undertaking ensure utensils are never used for non-vegetarian purposes.

• What is the payment process?

  25% advance required at booking. Balance payment due 3 days before the event. Bookings auto-cancel if full payment isn't received on time. Online payment, UPI, and bank transfer options available.

• What is your refund policy?

  Full refund if cancelled 3 days before the event. If the event is rescheduled, no deduction (subject to availability).
