3. Vegetarian Purity & Customer Undertaking

Every customer is required to sign a written undertaking confirming that Divyam utensils will be used only for vegetarian cooking.
A dedicated Divyam supervisor or team member remains present during the event to ensure purity compliance.
Any violation of this commitment results in immediate service termination without refund, and the customer becomes liable for damages and utensil replacement costs.

4. Workplace Ethics & Conduct

Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination (gender, caste, religion, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
Health & Safety: Divyam employees follow strict hygiene protocols, wear protective gear, and maintain cleanliness throughout handling and washing processes.
Fair Employment: All team members are paid fairly, work in safe environments, and are treated with respect and equality.

5. Anti-Corruption & Fair Business Practices

Divyam maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, or unfair business practices.
All financial transactions are transparent, documented, and GST-compliant.
Vendors and partners are chosen through fair evaluation, not favoritism or personal bias.
Any attempt to influence or misrepresent financial or operational data is treated as a serious ethical violation.

6. Monitoring, Auditing & Quality Assurance

All utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and packed at Divyam's specialized Washing & Packing Centre under CCTV surveillance.
Every utensil undergoes a 5-step cleaning process – Rinse → Food-safe Detergent → Hot Water → RO Water → Drying & Repacking.
Internal quality and compliance audits are conducted regularly to ensure adherence to hygiene and ethical standards.
Divyam retains records of cleaning, dispatch, and inspection logs for accountability.
